  I'd give NO star if that were available. Customer Service is the worst. 17 windows bought and paid for with life time guarantee. Seal broke and now window is foggy and they want to send me instructions on how to replace the glass WHAT? Or, I could send the window to them and they would fix. Do you have any idea how much a triple pane window weighs. I need to go higher up for more acceptable solution.
